Set up the KEPT App
- Download KEPT Home Maintenance from the App Store.
- Create a new Homeowner Account.
- Add your name, email, home address, and phone number to your home owner profile.
- Select your preferred Service Provider.
- Choose your membership tier: Standard or Maintenance Membership.

Schedule your Initial Home Review
- Open Chat and respond to your Service Provider's initial Home Review request.
- Select a convenient date and time for your Initial Home Review.
- Complete your Initial Home Review to document important home details, appliances, warranties, and specifications.

Schedule a One-Time Service or Repair
- Start a One-Time Service request
- Add your Service Request Details, including the area of your home, repair type, and preferred service date.
- Describe the repair or service needed and upload helpful photos so your technician can better understand the request.

Schedule a Recurring Maintenance Service or Repair
- Easily start a new Recurring Maintenance request
- Add your Service Request Details, including the area of your home, repair type, and preferred service date.
